After 7 months, the payment of Umrah resumed

Due to Corona, the payment of Umrah, which has been suspended for the last 7 months, has resume from today.

The Saudi government has allowed locals and foreigners living there to perform Umrah from today, but only those who obtain an online permit from the app created by the Saudi government will be eligible for Umrah.

SOPs will have to be followed for Umrah and in the first phase, 6,000 Umrah pilgrims have been allowed to go to Masjid-ul-Haram daily. From October 18, 15,000 Umrah pilgrims and 40,000 people will be able to offer prayers daily at the Grand Mosque.

According to the Arab media, the pilgrims must take a break of 14 days to perform Umrah once and then perform the second Umrah so that other people can have the opportunity to perform Umrah during the necessary steps to prevent the corona virus.
