The fault in connection between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia has compelled Saudi state to support former Army Chief General (retd) Raheel Sharif over Prime Minister Imran Khan, and the Saudi government wants to replace Imran Khan as prime minister. The Saudi government is preparing General Raheel Sharif, commander of the Saudi-led Islamic Military Alliance, to take over as Pakistan's prime minister.
