The UAE signed a peace agreement with Israel, but Morocco
refused to acknowledge Israel. According to Turkish media, Moroccan Prime
Minister Saad Al-Othmani has said in a statement that establishing relations
with the Zionist force is tantamount to encouraging further atrocities against
the Palestinians. Al-Othmani's statement that Morocco's fear of
recognizing Israel after the Israeli-Israeli agreement was proved wrong.
